Your responsibilities:

  • Appointment management. Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to keep an appointment, so it can be offered to another patient.
  • Punctuality and patience. Be punctual for your appointments. If we are running late, we ask for your patience.
  • Respect and courtesy. We ask that you treat doctors and staff with the same respect and courtesy you expect to receive.
  • Following policies. Observe practice policies and procedures where appropriate.
  • Updating personal information. Inform the receptionist of any changes in your circumstances (e.g., name, address, telephone number).
  • Responsible communication. Utilise digital communication tools responsibly and maintain the confidentiality of your login information and communications.
